CANCELLATION POLICY
At O’sogorgeous Lashes, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy: 1. 48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the spot to another client. 2. Cancellation Fee: If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a [15%] cancellation fee will apply and be charged to your processing card on file. This helps us cover the costs of reserving your time and resources. 3. No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged a $50 no show fee plus regular deposit that will need to be paid upon trying to rebook our services. If you no-show twice, you will be banned from booking. 4. Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies arise. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you at a convenient time.
